## Project Description

Haus Schwarzenberg, located at Rosenthaler Straße 39 in Berlin-Mitte, is a rare, preserved remnant of pre-gentrification Berlin, serving as a vibrant, independent art center. Founded in 1995 by the Dead Chickens art group in an abandoned building, it survived developers by, in 2005, becoming a non-profit space for exhibitions, workshops, and historical memory, including the Anne Frank Zentrum.
